After submitting information for each piece of artwork online here, print out the receipt, which will have a computer generated number for identification, and attach it securely to the back of your artwork. You are responsible for making sure your artwork is protected, whether it be in an envelope, portfolio, boxed, or wrapped in kraft paper. The packaging needs to have your name and/or entry number on it so we can assure it will be returned to you.Charcoal and pastel drawings will not be accepted unwrapped!

By submitting to the Phoenix you give us one-time rights to publish your work in the magazine as well as the website. You retain the copyright to your work.
You will be asked to write a short contributor\'s statement as part of the submission process. Two questions about the work you are submitting will be posed, please answer one or both of them.
